Before you begin
Prerequisites
- The DemoFast Chrome extension is installed and connected
- A clean browser tab with approved sample data
- One clear workflow outcome
Step by step
Follow the current DemoFast workflow
- 01
Prepare the workflow
Open the first screen, close unrelated tabs and notifications, and reset the product to a safe sample state.

Start recording
Open the extension, choose the destination workspace, and select Start Recording.

Complete the useful path
Click through the workflow at a steady pace. DemoFast captures interaction steps automatically; Pause and manual Capture controls are available during a recording.

Stop and let the demo save
Open the popup and choose Stop Recording. Keep Chrome open while the popup reports that it is saving the demo.

Open the saved demo
Return to the dashboard and open the new demo to review its captured steps.

Troubleshooting
If the workflow does not match
An interaction was missed
Use manual Capture during recording, or add an image step later from the editor.
